Environmental Studies major Gabe Miller ('11) stands in the midst of Braddock Farms, an urban farm in the heart of Braddock, PA. Miller worked as an intern for Grow Pittsburgh, which provides one of the only sources fresh produce for the borough. Braddock Farms is built in the shadow of USS' Edgar Thomson Plant, one of the last remaining steel mills in the Pittsburgh metro region.
