Environmental Studies Program Announces New Website!

Mark Collins, Director of the Environmental Studies Program, unvieled the new web site today, saying, "The new site is (I hope) more informative, interesting and user friendly."

For many years -- since the inception of the program -- Environmental Studies students couldn't utilize online course descriptions because of the broad, inter-departmental nature of the major (i.e., there was no central repository for the many required/elective courses). Now, with the new site, ES students can have the same access to course descriptions as the rest of the College of Arts and Sciences.

For example, if students click on the course descriptions link and under "Search by Subject and Term:/Arts and Sciences, School Of," and then scroll down to Environmental Studies, they will see all the course options beyond the Summer of 2007.
