I was born and raised in Central California, and received my bachelor’s degree in geophysics and applied physics from UCLA in 2015. While at UCLA, I participated in projects involving deep-Earth, earthquake, and surface seismology, geomorphology and structural geology. I now work with Dr. Nadine McQuarrie on structural geology, tectonics, and thermal evolution of the Central Andes, particularly in Peru and Bolivia. My research focuses on integrating several datasets, including field observations, thermochronology samples, and kinematic and flexural modeling, to create and analyze balanced cross-sections that accurately replicate surface conditions to understand the evolution of the Central Andes.
