Perseverance and hard work have paid off for Pitt alum Frances Russo (B.S. Geology '22), who recently published her undergraduate senior thesis as a peer-reviewed manuscript in the journal Icarus.

Thanks to everyone who donated to PDoG. We set a department record this year! In particular, we want to acknowledge a very generous donation from the Geophysical Society of Pittsburgh for our Geology Field Trips fund.
